Service provider: Andrey Mrenitsov, 28 Preslav St., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Registration certificate for an accommodation establishment No. ПЛ-ОКУ-3ФЧ-С0, class B, issued by Plovdiv Municipality. Tourist tax is included in the price.

Requests via the website

  1. A request via the website, phone or email is free and is not a confirmed booking. Availability is confirmed separately.
  2. Once we receive your request, the host personally checks and confirms availability, price and terms in writing.
  3. A deposit is paid by bank transfer only, and only after this written confirmation. The deposit amount, payment deadline and cancellation terms are stated in the confirmation.
  4. The booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received and we have sent you a written confirmation.
  5. We never ask for card numbers, CVV or SMS codes.
