House rules

• Check-in from 14:00 with a key-box code sent before arrival. Check-out by 12:00; leave the key in the box.
• ID: by law we register all guests. Please send or show an ID document on arrival.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00; there are other guests in the house.
• No smoking inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed only on open terraces and balconies, with an ashtray.
• No parties or events. The apartment capacity may not be exceeded; visitors only by prior arrangement.
• Pets are welcome if declared in advance (€25 per pet per stay). Please don't leave them alone for long or let them on the beds.
• Rubbish: please use the street containers; recycling is appreciated.
• Energy: switch off the air conditioning and lights when you go out, and close the windows while the AC is on.
• Damage: let us know right away; it is easier to fix in time.
• Safety: the stairs are steep, so take care with small children. Each apartment has a first-aid kit.
